Rates start from $1300 weekly according to season. Special event weeks and holiday weeks are additional. Monthly rates also available. A $300 security deposit required which is returned in full after confirmation of no damage. A cleaning fee of $100 is required of all rentals. Check out is 11 AM on the last day of stay.
