Welcome to our Ormond Beach Condo.  A direct oceanfront condominium located in Ormond-by-the-Sea, just two miles north of Granada Blvd, right on the ocean front. The condo overlooks the beautiful sands of "the world's most famous beach" where cars are not permitted to drive.

The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths directly on the Atlantic Ocean and offers a dramatic view from the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.  Swim in our fresh water swimming pool just outside the door. Golf on one of the many beautiful courses in our area, or travel only 80 minutes to visit Disney's Magical Kingdom and the other Orlando Attractions.

The property features a large, beautiful swimming pool and kiddie pool, lush landscaping.  It features convenient trash chutes and laundry rooms on each floor, reserved enclosed parking space in our own parking garage.  The condo features large interior closets with room for luggage, trunks, and other miscellaneous items.  Sliding glass doors leading onto your private balcony, which features a 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need.  Beautifully furnished and equipped with several TV's, all linens and cookware is provided.  Just bring your sun tan lotion and relax out on the beach or take a dip in our beautiful pool which is right on the beach.  Weekly rates start at $950 per week, depending upon season.  Multiple weeks rentals are discounted.
